We offer “In house financing for everyone” if you are working you are approved. Financing is comprised in two phases:
Low monthly payments to afford down payment (while the home is being built.
Low monthly payments for the full remaining price of your home.

Every home installation has a quality control dimensions inspection insuring all floors and walls are square. All walls are plumbed. Construction of home and roof exceeds CSA approvals (Canadian Standards Association). This includes all electrical and plumbing requirements.
